technique for building core and back strenght utilizing Sqiss balls, medicine
balls, and fitness rings to create a varity of ways to wor the body. Mat

Ta'i Chi Chih:
Simplified version of the original Ta'i Chi consisting of 20 flowing movements
to calm nervous system, improve balance and increase focus. 8 Class
