Class Descriptions

Yoga:  An ancient form of movement that strengthens muscle and improves flexibility with focus on breathing. Therapeutic, gentle, power, Yoga Fit, and multilevel classes.

Power Yoga: Yoga poses done continuously in a flowing manner increasing muscle strenght and aerobic capacity.

Pilates:  Joseph Pilates technique for building core and back strenght utilizing Sqiss balls, medicine balls, and fitness rings to create a varity of ways to wor the body.  Mat and Equipment instruction is available in classes or private sessions.

Ta'i Chi Chih:  Simplified version of the original Ta'i Chi consisting of 20 flowing movements to calm nervous system, improve balance and increase focus.  8 Class session metting once a week for 8 weeks.

Flex & Flow:  Strenght conditioning and body alignment through breathing and stretching.
